      I can't find a good reason to work for Kepak

      Cons

      No respect or gratitude. You are just a number. They expect you to do the work of 5 people for the same amount of money.

      Pros

      Good salary until you realise the work hours and unpaid overtime which is expected in certain divisions. Diverse workload, every day is different. the people are great. Casual dress on Fridays and Cake Fridays.

      Cons

      Poor time management regards meeting schedules, a lot of projects are left to the last minute, staying late on Fridays, great leadership but poor managers, treated like children. High turnover is hard to deal with.
