Pros

Les salaires de base sont corrects pour tout le monde. Le nombre de congés aussi pour les non-cadres: 26 jours de CP + 13/14 RTT

Cons

Attention aux CDI vous ne pourrez plus en partir, la direction n’accepte pas les ruptures conventionnelles et préfère créer des situations de conflits ou d’arrêts maladie, beaucoup de salariés sont dans ce cas, en souffrance et coincés par l’entreprise. L’ambiance est morose dans la plupart des services, beaucoup de personnes sont démotivées. Il y a aussi un manque de reconnaissance général de votre travail dans la boîte, très peu de soutien de la direction et les ressources humaines sont quasi inexistantes après l’embauche, aucune intégration, aucun accompagnement. Aussi prévoir montée quasi impossible de salaire sur le mérite, votre coefficient initial restera tel quel pendant plusieurs années.

I found that the support from corporate was great. They were present and responsive when there were questions or issues. The team on the ground was the best!

Vacation and health benefits could be more generous.

Pros

I enjoyed my coworkers. I also enjoyed learning about the software and the position. I learned a lot there!

Cons

When I came in, it was because they needed someone ASAP who was capable of adapting quickly, and I did (which surprised even me since it's chaotic over there). They appraised me for my performance so much because the candidate who came before me stayed less than a week. The position was challenging, but I was not afraid and preferred it that way!! I thought I had the job because there was no indication otherwise. I had another offer, and before rejecting that offer, I double-checked my performance, and everything was good!!! Guess what, they were just buying time for the candidate they selected within, I thought it was because of my performance, but they asked me to train that person so, it was not performance-based but corporate games.
