      Pros

      Interesting work with a range of experience provided. It is a very self driven program but the company is happy to assist providing additional experiences if you can make a case for it. The work life balance is excellent.

      Cons

      The company doesn't have the same depth of experience in Australia as some of the more established companies so they don't have all their systems set up but this is improving.
