      Pros

      Kent has a great company culture. They truly care about their employees. Lots of energy and momentum. Strong backlog of work = job security. Kent has a strong company purpose and business strategy. Exciting things going on at Kent. They are a leader is Energy Transition and Inclusion and Belonging as differentiatiors.

      Cons

      They just bought the oil and gas division of SCN Lavalin a year ago. Systems are being merged. Lots of internal projects to harmonize across legacy SNCL and legacy Kentech. All good, but patience is required as we operate in two systems through the end of the year.
