No job training, lack of direction. Lots of clique activity. Ancient technology. Verbal abuse is the norm. High turnover rate for young employees and women. Mass layoffs, which meant anyone who was able to keep their job is also now doing the jobs of 1-2 other people without compensation. If you’re salaried they will expect you to be on call 24/7 no matter your seniority or responsibilities.
