Pros
• Some great colleagues who genuinely care • Good benefits package • Good office location
Cons
• Poor internal communication • Biased decision-making processes • Unprofessional behavior from leadership • Lack of accountability • Declining company culture • Lack of flexibility for women returning from maternity leave • High turnover among female employees since 2023 Since leadership changed in 2023, the company culture has taken a serious hit. Internal communication has become a mess, and employees are increasingly frustrated by the lack of transparency and clarity. Decisions are no longer based on logic, collaboration, or fairness. Instead, they seem to be driven by the opinions of a small, biased group of individuals. What’s worse is that unprofessional behavior by some members of the leadership team is becoming more common, yet the company continues to turn a blind eye. It’s disappointing to see how much the environment has deteriorated, and morale is at an all-time low. Many of us feel like our concerns are being ignored, and it’s hard to stay motivated in such a toxic atmosphere. Additionally, women returning from maternity leave often face hardships and unfair treatment. There’s no real provision for flexibility, and many women have left, both voluntarily and involuntarily, because of this issue. It’s a concerning trend that the company has failed to address.
