I exited this puppet show as quickly as possible.
Cons
IT is laughable. At one point, the companies IT was down for weeks at a time. I am shocked a company can do business like this. There's seriously something weird going on which the finances at this company. Below market compensation. Don't plan on a career with this company unless you're in an executive role at the very top.
