Lots and lots of phone/laptop time waiting in a room for the next check every hour

the jobs were fine that were solo but if theres another guard on with you it will make your 12 hours a century being stuck with a constant new strange romanian every night to go on a walk with every hour in silence and you basically have to train anyone whos new even if its your second day.. actually even if its your first time......, never met managment.
Friendly management with a good attitude towards staff . I worked for other companies who treated their staff like dirt, Kennedy always treated me with respect.
