      - Great connections - Access to a lot of resources at the center - Cool programs

      Cons

      - Depends on manager - Some mostly work remote on days that you would be in person - Manager was not great and did not deliver feedback in a respectful manner - Manager absent on last day of internship and seemed like they did not care about the internship in general

      Pros

      The John F Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts was/is the most wonderful place to showcase arts.

      Cons

      The changes that have happened are atrocious and have taken away the wonderful variety for show and patrons that graced the hall and theaters. It is sad to see this place died a slow horrible death because of jealousy.
