Cons
There are too many cons to count. - Mgmt doesn't know what they are doing - They let go or allow strong employee to go - Don't appreciate the hard working individuals -They lack transparency in the company -The CEO is oblivious to the decrease in moral and CFO is rarely in the office -If you are in the good books with mgmt you will lose your way, they manipulate these employees to do things like spy on other employees -A very high school mentality - you are only good if you are part of the popular group -org structure doesn't make sense, directors reporting to directors -employees who join quickly leave - within the span of a week, the entire hr team resigned -employees who ask question or disagree are let go -there is no feedback given to employees nor appreciation -some employees are hired to fix processes and used as a scapegoat -company only has the one client -CEO has favorites whom he gives full control to run things -currently, 10 people are looking to leave the company -developers complain about the tools being outdated -raises are given to employees who are in the good books -the list can go on, as this is just the beginning, but i don't want to waste my time any more. Best thing I did was resign from the company!
