The Kenna platform is cutting edge in terms of the approach and it also works (important!) and helps solve a real problem for our customers. The customer list for a company at this stage is phenomenal, you would recognize many of the brands as some of the largest in the world. I've been here for a year and have gotten to play a part in so many interesting projects, and the company size is such that your work will have an impact. CEO and the team he has built are top notch and they are open to new ways of doing things. There is a good balance of in office/remote for most people, and good office perks (team lunches, snacks, sofas for working on). High standard of work so if you are a high performer you will love it (some companies have a few high performers, this really seems to be more the norm here). On a personal note, I have made some very close friendships here and the overwhelming majority of people are genuinely nice and caring people- this isn't a super competitive environment, much more collaborative.

Some politics (which you will find anywhere) and it is cybersecurity, not a dating app, food delivery platform or something that is easily relatable to most people. That being said, I had zero interest in cybersecurity before I started here and now I really enjoy making our customers lives & careers better and seeing the impact this platform enables them to have on their overall organizations.
