Stay away like Covid!!! - Anonymous employee Kendall Howard Employee Review

I'd like to start by acknowledging and apologizing for your experience here at Kendall Howard. We strive to make this a positive and productive place of employment; but there is always room for improvement. I'm concerned that it states you are a current employee who has been here for 3-4 years, and we are learning about these issues through a review site rather then getting to immediately address this. Please write an email (can be anonymous if you'd like) to hr@kendallhoward.com providing some additional insight on your experiences so we can investigate this further. I do not want to discredit your experience here but I would like to share that Kendall Howard has never had "forced OT". We have asked staff to work OT, for a short period of time set a goal of total hours of OT but allowed teams to organize who/when those hours were worked, and last spring we actually had a fun bonus competition to encourage OT. We do not tolerate harassment or discrimination of any kind here. Again, please email to provide some additional details so we can have this addressed. Lastly, we are running a business, at times it may be perceived that we just care about production. This Company depends on its employees to be successful and that isn't lost on the management team. Which is why we invest so heavily in a healthy benefits package, celebrating with our teams regularly (yes, we try to host a lunch once a month as well), we have annual and quarterly anonymous surveys for staff to provide feedback, and we have monthly all-staff meetings to ensure people have a platform of exchanging information.
