Pros
the people you work with are very helpful and you become part of one big family. caring upper management that fights for their teams. the owner of the company is often on the floor working along with you or teaching someone a new skill, trick, or trade. the yearly christmas party is one night you'll wish you could remember!
Cons
it doesn't pay the highest long term but the starting wage is really great. some growing pains from being a young company still.
