Reasonable amount of autonomy and trust to run daily operations.

I unwittingly took a large pay cut when I moved into the sales manager role. The company wisely pivoted from max profit per deal to volume. However, they would not change the sales managers pay plan to align with the new goal. This misalignment resulted in pay well below the industry standard. Top brass orders a new GT3 RS while telling you they can’t afford to pay you a competitive wage.
