      Pros

      The CEO and some of the creative team are laid back. The CEO is open minded and let’s you think out of the box.

      Cons

      The family members of owner are impossible to work with and made life miserable. They pay the women 2/3 of the men’s salaries. Must pay attention to small details when signing contract- they trick you.
