      Overworked. 12 hours can turn into 14 when we were only required to work 8. Management constantly lies

      Benefits and you can pull extra hours

      Cons

      Negating staff, extreme pressure, buy your own tools, low bonuses"talking about in the 20's and they will do anything not to pay you
