Pros

Beyond the office door, the hourly associates were wonderful people to work with for the most part. You can move up to lead and supervisor if you are willing to look the other way and just do what they tell you to do - keep in mind, legally, it is YOU that are held responsible if you get caught. It's your signature.

Cons

Dangerous working conditions are frequent. A total disregard for SAFETY, senior management changes policies without notice then changes the SOP's and site guidelines, without changing the original date or version number so it looks like it's been that way the whole time. "The Guiding Principals", are supposed to be the culture & values, but they are administered as punishments if you do not look the other way. They encourage bad behavior to get the job done. They do not deserve even one star. I'll give that one to the hourly associates who work on the floor. Relentless retaliation, harassment and bullying to the extent of both verbal and physical assault - and nothing being done about it. As long as you kept your mouth shut, look the other way and are ok with lying you have a job. Racist remarks and slurs are ok too if they like you. Notice that the good reviews are from Chattanooga???? Take a good look at the ones from Aberdeen / Perryman and NJ who fall under the same leadership...They put on a good dog and pony show but that's all it is. All fluff. The Guiding Principals are a joke.
