No Inclusivity for Female Workers - Warehouse Clerk Kenco Group Employee Review

Management are mainly Caucasian males who have a lack to be inclusive towards females specially in a warehouse setting. Prime example I was being told to use the All Gender bathroom when I use the Woman's restroom. All corporate staff may in fact be nice but not necessarily walk the walk or talk the talk. They emphasize that you're ideas will be heard but when you propose an idea that not only benefits their team and it's cost effective they automatically reject it.
