Lots of social activity and the pay is average for the industry. Turnover is high so there is always a path to a promotion.
Cons
This place doesn't seem to value candid feedback and we have lost key accounts because of it. Lots of friends and family in slots they don't seem qualified for and the turnover at the top happens so often that it's hard to keep up with. All of the really good players seem to leave in short order or get terminated for strange reasons. Simply put, this is a mom and pop shop playing favorites with friends and family . Company lacks innovation and technical savvy - stuck in the green screen apps of yesteryear. There are still some good people here who remember better days and it would be nice to see an outside group take over and put the company back to the state is was in when the founders ran the place. It's seems like a game where senior management is the only group that is not held accountable.
