Pros
The IT department have great people. I especially enjoyed working within my team. My manager was a great boss and mentor. Compensation is fair and raises and bonuses are based on performance of the individual and how the company did overall that year. Benefits are decent, healthcare is not the best though, a lot of out of pocket expense. PTO is a standard 10 days per year, but earning more vacation days takes too long. 5 years with the company just to get 1 extra vacation day?
Cons
Work load can be sometimes too much, sometimes not enough. Not a huge fan of the office politics there, seems like they care more about appearances than anything of substance. Upper management took away work from home privileges for everyone indefinitely because 1 person was stealing money from the company.
