Pros
Hard Problem. Great team across Management, Engineering, Data Science and Clinical org. Intense culture. Lots of opportunity to apply math and engineering to healthcare. Great customer portfolio. Excellent Growth. Fantastic Office and a very supportive, fun HR. Well respected locally and by customers as well as Microsoft.
Cons
Early days in the journey. So lots of long days. Challenging problems, so everyone needs to be switched on all the time. Lots of travel to customers, prospects, conferences. Also, very intense. Sometimes it is hard to keep up.
