Kempton Asset Management is dedicated in providing both our clients and employees an excellent experience. Sales positions can be challenging, especially for newer consultants. We place every effort to create a consistent training program designed for maximum growth and development with added layers of support, including our mentorship program, a collaborative environment to work in, and direct access to leadership who are industry experts in their field. Our Coordinators have always earned a base salary in addition to very lucrative commissions. Recently, leadership raised the salary $150 per month. Upon further review of this comment, we analyzed our turnover rate and it is within acceptable and normal standards. As our employees are just as important to us as our clients, we will continue to review aspects of our organization that need to be reconsidered as well as implement aspects that will make our employees more successful and inspired.
