Pros
Pay is good, as much overtime as you want, fellow employees easy to work with helpful with learning production equipment ins and outs.
Cons
Hard company to work for, Management hard to work with, rather than looking for ways to encourage and build up people they would rather put them down and not encourage them with positive encouragement. Employee turnover means having to work short handed, long hours, working every holiday. Very minimal opportunity for advancement. Since DFA purchased company it is not the same place to work for. Health insurance has taken a drastic turn for the worse.
