Kempinski Employment - Front Office Supervisor Kempinski Employee Review

Kempinski is stuck in the dark ages when it comes to policies and procedures, the management are uncaring and do not follow the "Kempinski DNA" Standards. The hotel might be a 5 star property but the company is not. Many of the issues the staff are facing are over looked and ignored or brushed aside and forgotten. there is no support from our direct management and much less from our corporate offices.
