Pros

The only pro was my team I was able to work with everyday.

Cons

The upper management is extremely poor. They under pay employees and overwork them. High volume, unrealistic goals and objectives. The pay is well below competitors. They are a fear based leadership organization. They don't value the employees who do all the work for them. Upper management cashes in on bonuses off the results driven by the reps and the employees don't get anything. The only plus they use to have was being remote but now have a hybrid schedule of being in the office 4 days a week.

Cons

High caseloads and demanding workloads can make it challenging to maintain work life balance. The job can be stressful at times due to deadlines, customer expectations, and the volume of claims.
