      Pros

      Kemper has been a great place to work. The recruiting process was smooth and well-communicated, making it easy from the start. Since joining, I've enjoyed working with my team, everyone is friendly and supportive. The collaborative environment here makes it a great place to learn and grow.

      As of now, I have not noticed any cons. I am a few weeks in, but everything has been positive so far!
