      Free time, decent benefits, not in a office.

      Cons

      Micro Manage everything. RVPs come and pull the same thing every visit. Some of them will cuss you out in front of you co workers. Ruthless management and they sit on their butt all day

      Customers and the work was great!

      Cons

      Pay, lots of miles on your vehicle, no pay for gas, micromanaging supervisors. They want you to lie to customers to make sales on insurance policies.
