      Remote work, Average pay, Decent health plan

      Cons

      Too many managers and team restructuring. There for 3 years and had 5 different managers. Depending on manager - could micro manage. Constantly changing processes make things more challenging while making nothing easier. High turn over.

      Customers and the work was great!

      Cons

      Pay, lots of miles on your vehicle, no pay for gas, micromanaging supervisors. They want you to lie to customers to make sales on insurance policies.
