      paid for licensing, sign on bonus, good benefits, good stepping stone to progress and start your claims career.

      Cons

      had issues with some first line managers but a great director. high work load and when you take time off your work just piles up.

      Customers and the work was great!

      Cons

      Pay, lots of miles on your vehicle, no pay for gas, micromanaging supervisors. They want you to lie to customers to make sales on insurance policies.
