      Pros

      Good company rebuilding itself and not afraid of changing. CEO is open and honest. Smart and thoughtful people with exceptions of CFO.

      Cons

      Company CFO lacks basic leadership attributes. He does not have credibility among his teams and broader organization. Kemper will be a much better company without its current CFO. If you are in finance, avoid Kemper. HR is also failing at addressing this incompetency.

      Customers and the work was great!

      Cons

      Pay, lots of miles on your vehicle, no pay for gas, micromanaging supervisors. They want you to lie to customers to make sales on insurance policies.
