      Pros

      Good benefits, quick advancement opportunities if you show that you are capable, Income is good if you work hard.

      Cons

      The hours are long. The pay fluctuates dramatically due to uncontrollable factors. There is a frustrating amount of needless paperwork to deal with on a dally basis. company is stuck in the 1980's. No time off for 1 year... most agents cant afford to take a week off when they get it after a year due to the fluctuation in pay.
