      Pros

      This is a great company to start your claims career or jump back into your career. It has a great atmosphere and friendly people. There is never a day you won't learn something new if you put in the effort. Supervisors and team members are always willing to help train or assist. Kemper is a great company to log experience and learn!

      Cons

      The biggest down fall is pay as it is below the "average". That being said the work is very easy for someone with experience.

      High caseloads and demanding workloads can make it challenging to maintain work life balance. The job can be stressful at times due to deadlines, customer expectations, and the volume of claims.
