Don’t believe the reviews you read. HR emails their employees after being hired telling them to leave a positive review about the company without even having enough time to know what’s the company is actually like. There are NO PROS to working here. With that said, look elsewhere. This company is poorly run all the way from the top to the poor treatment of their frontline workers. Upper management treats their associates like they are children and holds no accountability for their management.
Cons
Management is a reflection of their frontline workers yet they hold no accountability to management and let their frontline employees on the associate level take the fall for their mistakes. There are several managers still employed with the company that should not be with the company because they don’t do anything. Yet if you’re not performing well on the associate level they make you take the fall and don’t hold any accountability for themselves. RUN. Don’t apply here. The company is going downhill. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. There are no COVID protocols in office and no one wears masks.
