Cons
Company is ran by men living in a mans world. If you lose any policy on your debit you are charged for it. The management seems to have little to know understanding about families. You get vacation time, but asked not to take it all as you would like. Pay significantly decreases after a year because your contract changes. You pay for all of your gas, car servicing, and the company required car insurance. I spent four years at this job. I was off 3 days due to a virus with a doctor excuse and was told I didn't have to turn it in and could come to work. Very unethical. Would not recommend . Also wouldn't recommend if you have children again this is a mans world type of job and they have no understanding.
