      There aren't any pros - run far away from this place. No matter what you do it is never, ever good enough. Trust me.

      Cons

      Bullying by coworkers and upper management tolerated and encouraged. It is the who you know good ol boy mentality and if you're not one of the bullies, forget it. Buddies are promoted no matter how sorry their work ethic is.
