      People/Colleagues Potential work from home if you're a good performer Benefits/PTO

      Cons

      Too many procedures and things should be simplified Your work amounts are heavy and it becomes extremely stressful to provide the quality they are looking for High turnover means more work for you They dont tell you about goals you need to meet until your first day and then you are pressured by management to meet goals
