      Nice salary, work from home for field adjusters.

      Cons

      No bonus. Constantly changing things, no set process. Things are made harder than they need to be. Things could be simplified a lot.

      Customers and the work was great!

      Cons

      Pay, lots of miles on your vehicle, no pay for gas, micromanaging supervisors. They want you to lie to customers to make sales on insurance policies.
