      Growing company with a great corporate culture.

      Cons

      I have enjoyed the transition from private legal practice in litigation to working as one of the in-house counsel at Kemper. I can't think of any "cons," I wouldn't go back.

      Customers and the work was great!

      Cons

      Pay, lots of miles on your vehicle, no pay for gas, micromanaging supervisors. They want you to lie to customers to make sales on insurance policies.
