Pros
Business Performance Analytics has plenty of smart people who are great to work with. The training for new hires is very extensive. Compensation and work/life balance are good.
Cons
With the sudden increase in work from home due to COVID-19, the IT department is currently a bit understaffed. While this problem isn't unique to Kemper and will eventually get resolved, the inability to get quick resolution to IT issues is a pain point.
