Good Company Gone Bad - Anonymous employee Kemper Employee Review

Kemper Insurance wake up and read the reviews. I see multiple ones here that hit the bullseye regarding the state of this company. The "trending" chart here on Glassdoor backs it up. Over the last 2-3 years, this company has been on a painfully ugly, downward spiral. The one review that says that every person in claims is looking for a new job is correct. Another review that says ever since upper management was changed things have gone downhill. Also correct. Long term, highly experienced employees have been laid off only to get replaced with less experienced staff elsewhere or with friends of the execs. Terrible morale. Very questionable ethics at this place.
