Dont show up to meetings after teams have gone trhoug technical discussion wildly throwing accuasations around about how they are not doing X, Y, and Z. Then to be shown the team was actually doing it. Then for you to go off into broader C level meetings telling senior leadership they werent doing X, Y, and Z.
Had multiple Interim leaders with zero clue going on saying they don't know what key teams are doing.
