Extreme micromanagement style by upper management; upper management doesn't care about their employees; management creates toxic work environment due to unrealistic goals and burdensome procedures/rules. While upper management receives their bonuses and stock options, the remainder of the employees don't receive raises or bonuses but are required to do the work of 3 or more people.
