      Pros

      The salary was competitive with other offers.

      Cons

      The management of the Kemper in Paducah, KY completely lack ethics. They bring in new employees annually and have a high rate of terminating them. They will tell you that you are amazing then turn around and fire you the next day. Highly emotional management. Management doesn't communicate well with staff and train or listen to their employees. The managing partners display the poor morals and high drama.

      Pros

      The employees were very friendly and helpful when I was onboarded. I was consistently invited to shadow CPA's and learn new skills. Kemper was also very flexible with my schedule due to me being a full time student.

      Cons

      Near the end of tax season, there wasn't as much work to do on my end due to all the paperwork being submitted already.

      Decent place to work. Treats you like an adult, as they should. Can be flexible with hours.
