      ..Toxic environment ..Alot of work for new joiners,old employees behave as bosses which make it hard for new joiners. ..Low salary ..Not flexible ..No career growth people work there for 4,5,8 years without promotion

      Very little pros. Poor leadership and lack of management ruined this company. Employee safety was never a priority.
