The company does not care about its employees. There are no career development plans, employees voices are ignored. Bonus target is so high. It is close to non existing. Some managers in IT are particularly good at micromanagement and creating hostile work culture. HR developed tools to support them. Management is very old fashioned and lacks professionalism and integrity. A high turn over rate. This is a company for relatives and friends. Not for career advancement unless you are related to some bosses.
