      Pros

      The people are fantastic that they hire and its a good atmosphere, especially when you are in the office. Its a stable, profitable company that you will learn a lot chemicals. They are willing to take in not soo experienced people and train them up, which is great.

      Cons

      Pay is ok and its hard to climb up the pay ladder, also the company holds onto quite a few people who do not contribute /work hard in general.

      Very little pros. Poor leadership and lack of management ruined this company. Employee safety was never a priority.
