      Strong infrastructure. Diversity of culture and thought. Solid compensation. Committed to employee development and welfare. Overall Kemira is a great place to work and managers are empowered to act in the interest of the department and employees. I have no hesitation recommending the company to job seekers.

      Very little pros. Poor leadership and lack of management ruined this company. Employee safety was never a priority.
