Compensation is in line with the market and in some cases above average; good medical and dental benefits that are comprehensive and affordable; good opportunities for growth within the company; flexible hours and a nice working environment; managers that encourage employees to learn more and advance in the company; managers that truly care for their employees
Cons
Organization changes often and communications about changes still needs improvement; employee morale is down but will improve with time if new management works to unite their teams; cross-functional communication and cooperation definitely needs improvement
