Pros
The benefits are mediocre The co-workers were great The company does not terminate employees for major mistakes You get a lot of experience doing jobs other than your own
Cons
The pay is not competitive. The management chain, starting at the CEO all the way to local managers, may have enough vision to see their nose. The tier for pay is horrible. There is over $10 difference per hour between the top and bottom. The company will lay off, recall, and lay you off two weeks later starting that it is too slow to keep you. However, it's too busy to let you take PTO.
