Pros
1. Free Health Care 2. Set schedule - No weekends 2. Can listen to music while working 3. Fairly relaxed environment (when not pushing for OT or make unreasonable/unattainable goals) - great co-worker sense of humor 4. As a lead - I have the freedom to run/work and make decisions w/out having to ask above for every little thing - but still able to reach out for help when needed
Cons
1. Commute to/from work - no option for WFH for manufacturing 2. No AC in summer 3. No regular merit/work based increase provided this year yet.. (last 2 raises were in July 2020/2021 - I think this should be in addition to this last cost of living increase that everyone got company wide) If the self-evaluation is needed HR/Managers don't have time to get paperwork done for a July increase. Timeline for this has been disrupted - but hopefully still coming???
